I realize the futility of these so called "social networking" things on the internet. twitter, facebook, myspace, they all have one thing in common, they require people to be "social" with. While there isn't anything generally wrong with that, and I'm sure they work just fine for other people, they tend not to work for me.

I make this realization as I came to understand that DA was basically a social networking platform disguised as a art gallery. And given my general anti-social aura I seem to emit, this would explain why the social aspect is kinda lacking on my DA page. I mean, what good is an art gallery if there's nobody to look at the work?

That aside, I keep pressing forward to improve my work so that someday my work may be recognized as something special.
